Today I want to do a shameless plug of why to hire me! Usually I do my blogs on how to educate you more about the real estate industry so you’ll be smarter for reading it. I still think you’ll be smarter for reading this, so keep going! But I wanted to explain to you how I am different from my competitors. Why would you be interested in being represented by the Ritters?
First of all, I do work with my husband, Dennis. He is NOT the on camera guy, he likes to be in the background…I like to be in the forefront! And that’s why I represent sellers. I am passionate and enthusiastic in my representation of sellers and I have a high sense of urgency! I’m like, “Let’s go! Let’s make it happen, let’s get it done, let’s create competition in those offers! And make sure everyone understands how desirable your house is.” Whereas my husband is a lot more chill, and he works with buyers. That is so wonderful for a buyer, because he’s relaxed, he’s not going to rush you. And when you make your decision is when you make your decision. He’s also going to help you pull some emotion out of the decision, because he wants to make sure that you make a sound financial decision! We want to be your realtors for life. We want you to be thrilled with that home that you’re buying. He has a mortgage background, and became an agent about 7 years ago. Since we’ve been doing business together, we’ve won 5 Best of Omaha Awards, we’re really proud of that.

Here’s what I do for you when I represent you as a seller:
- Radio Endorsements: I have a partnership with Pat and JT of Q98.5. I pay them to talk about the homes that I represent during prime drive time between 7-8 am. I’m really proud to have that association.
- Open House: If you happen to be on the market for a 2nd week, we’ll do a nice big full color ad in the Omaha World-Herald Friday home guide, get you advertised all over the internet for that open house. And put signage up in advance to make sure that we’re doing it right.
- Social Media: As you can see, we believe in social media. Social media makes things happen!
